This is a position with ultimate responsibility for account success, from initial sales hand-off to creating a launch plan with marketing communications, managing the day-to-day operations and spearheading ongoing product enhancements for strategic account growth. This individual will work closely with sales, and will be the communications liaison between the client and back office operations overseas. The candidate needs to be energetic, motivated self-starter who is able to learn quickly and to grow new accounts aggressively. This position requires strong initiative, solid written/verbal communication skills, relationship management expertise, unflagging attention to detail, marketing know-how and an overall commitment to excellence. Ideally has a proven track record servicing large corporations, account management experience, comfort with technology products/services, an understanding of international clients and a willingness to travel and work extended hours.
